The camera
“leads” to an apartment from where the spiritual journey will start.
Since 1999 this apartment has served as a Centre for the activities of
the spiritual group led by Leon Moscona. In it he has given more than
100 lectures, guided many meditations and spiritual celebrations.
The camera shows Leon
Moscona, who shares an emotional story about his revelation on the Book
of Revelation. This is like a Prologue to the film. For Leon Moscona the
Book of Revelation is not a book “sealed with seven seals”, but a
programme for spiritual action, containing keys for resolving the
problems of contemporary humankind. In other words the code of the
Apocalypse has been found and it becomes a guiding map on the spiritual
journey to Reality of the New Heaven and New Earth.
Gradually the apartment
fills with ten to fifteen people, participants in the journey. They
range in age from 20 to 66. They are familiar with the spiritual work of
Leon Moscona and are followers on the path to the celestial worlds. The
camera “introduces” each one of them and the group as a whole. It also
shows the salon where the participants are gathered. In it there are
icons, pictures and symbols of all world religions.
The purpose of Scene One is to activate the vision of the Cosmic Christ from the First Chapter of the Apocalypse. In it on the Lord's day the Spirit took control of St. John and he had a staggering vision of Christ, which filled him with amazement and awe. (Revelation 1: 10 - 20) This is the first vision with which his prophetic Book of Revelation starts.
Actually St. John mystically witnessed the Second Coming of Christ and
was guided by Him to the reality of the New Heaven and the New Earth.
This is why the Apocalypse finishes with the description of the
New Heaven and the New Earth (21:1), the imminent event of the Second
Coming of Christ (22:12-13) and the call to people to Come! (22: 17).
In our time the Second
Coming of Christ will be, as Rudolf Steiner and many other Initiates
explain, on the etheric level similar to the event which happened to
Saul on the road to Damascus, or similar to the event of the vision of
Christ by St. John. Hence, we have to prepare ourselves to meet the
Second Coming of Christ on the etheric level. This means that we have to
pray and meditate for the Spirit to take control of us (as with St. John) and to carry us to the top a high mountain where we could have similar visions of Christ.
Leon Moscona will start the
prayer-meditation with emotional words about the First Coming of Christ
and His promise to come again. According to the Gospel of John Jesus Christ said: There
are many rooms in my Father's house, and I am going to prepare a place
for you. And after I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back
and take you to myself, so that you will be where I am. (John 14: 2-3)
Now the time has come to
experience (or at least to prepare ourselves) to meet the Second Coming
of Christ. For this purpose Leon Moscona will guide a special
prayer-meditation. It starts with the majestic opening of Bach’s Mesa B-minor. It is considered as one of the most passionate and powerful beginnings in the whole musical literature.
After this Leon Moscona reads the famous words about the Second Coming of Christ in accordance with the Gospel of Mark:
In the days after that
time of trouble the sun will grow dark, the moon will no longer shine,
the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers in space will be driven
from their courses. Then the Son of Man will appear, coming in the
clouds with great power and glory. He will send the angels out to the
four corners of the earth to gather God's chosen people from one end of
the world to the other. (Mark 13: 24-27)
He reveals the deep
metaphysical meaning of these apocalyptic visions: the phenomenon of the
sun growing dark, the moon no longer shining and the stars falling from
heaven symbolises the transcendence from the physical universe of human
consciousness and the grasp of the new spiritual metaphysics of
Creation which shines with dazzling light. God's 'chosen people' from
the four corners of the Earth are all those who will be able to
comprehend the Truth of God and to follow the Cosmic Christ to the
highest Divine world.
Then Leon Moscona guides the
people to transcend their earthly consciousness and to embark on the
path of ascent. The ascent is through the whole vertical structure of
the Universe, containing the three hierarchically interconnected worlds –
the earthly, the celestial and the highest Divine world. With the
participants in the journey Leon Moscona has done many similar
meditations, so they are ready to follow.
The guided prayer-meditation
could include appropriate spiritual formulas and prayers, inspiring
songs by the Bulgarian Master Beinsa Douno such as Fir Fur Fen (the words of this song are in Vatan - the oldest language on Earth and translated mean without fear and darkness, with Love and Light), also God is love (we will go on the path of Light in which the Divine Love reigns)
and so on. The prayer-meditation has to create the spiritual atmosphere
for the Exodus and for the achievement of the main spiritual goal of
the Scene – the vision of Christ as St. John saw Him: His eyes blazed like fire. His face was as bright as the midday sun. (Revelation 1: 14, 16)
This vision will come when
we ascend to the highest Divine World. In this world however the Living
God manifests through the images of Christ and many other Divine Masters
and personifications of the Divine Feminine. Let us remember here Bhagavad-Gita where it is stated that the face of the Lord Krishna shone brighter
than millions of suns. In the prayer-meditation Leon Moscona will
emphasis the Cosmic Christ, but will include invocation of the Divine
Masters from the other religions as well: the Lord Krishna, Maitreya
Buddha, the Hebrew Messiah, Imam Mahdi, Zoroaster and others. *

The main archetypes of the Apocalypse, including the Vision of Christ,
have a deep symbolic meaning in all world religions. By deciphering the
archetypes of the Apocalypse, the film actually aims to reveal the
reality of the Kingdom of God with many mansions (i.e. the spiritual
worlds of the religions), where the whole of humankind will start its
New Cycle of Existence).
For conclusion to the prayer-meditation we could use the final chorus from the same Mesa B-minor by Bach. It is majestic and will support musically our high state of consciousness.
To find expressive
video-images depicting the mystery of the Second Coming of Christ will
be a difficult but an interesting and creative task. The video track
could include some expressive icons, frescoes, dazzling colour
photographs of the Universe, special film effects, etc. During the
guided prayer-meditation the camera could show from time to time Leon
Moscona and the meditative state of the participants. Altogether the
video track has to have many well-integrated dimensions – physical,
metaphysical, culture-historical, symbolic, existential and mystical.
Hopefully, the apocalyptic text and the inspiring music will help to
reinforce the impressions of the video track.
In essence, the First Scene The Vision of Christand Exodus is a meeting of the Second Coming of Christ (or, for some, at least a
preparation for it), and starting our great journey back to the Kingdom
of God where He is. The participants, who feel like the "chosen people”
called to meet the Second Coming of Christ, could share their spiritual
experiences from the guided prayer-meditation. They will recount how in
their own unique way they saw the light of Christ, received the impulse
for embarking on the spiritual path, traced by the Apocalypse, and are
ready to follow the Cosmic Christ to the reality of the New Heaven and
New Earth. The witnessing and the following discussion could become an
emotional, inspiring and existential event. Altogether the group led by
Leon Moscona could create a powerful collective atmosphere and the whole
Scene could develop into a dynamic spiritual life-story.
At the end of the gathering
Leon Moscona will briefly summarise the results of this Scene and will
introduce the idea of the next Scene: continuing the spiritual journey
on Vitosha Mountain, led by the Spirit of Christ, and actualising three
new important archetypes in the Apocalypse
